ReadyShip -Pickup & Delivery Mobile App.

ReadyShip is a Pickup and Delivery Mobile App. for booking the shipments from the customer side, and the shipments can be picked up by the Courier boys or Riders in fields like Uber Services. The collected shipments by the courier boys or riders are connected to Domestic and International transporters or courier and cargo companies.

ReadyShip offers smart, efficient and advanced technologies used to collect and forward shipments to the local and international transporters. Our services bring them together with Mobile, Tabs, PDA and Pocket PC devices to review the status of the shipments in real time.

ReadyShip team is the Pickup and Delivery specialist, providing flexible and affordable pickup delivery options to your home, work place and the customer premises. The safest, most reliable pick-up and delivery of products (ordered online) from home/ work place / warehouses / sellers to the end-consumers using automated information systems for end-to- end order tracking.

ReadyShip is a Service oriented Mobile App connected by a Transporter with Customers and Riders login,-offering pickup and Delivery of Courier Shipments for local and International deliveries.

ReadyShip can be installed on Customers and Riders’ end for booking the Pickup /Delivery requests and Courier / transportation companies can monitor and process the shipments.

The generated booking will be displayed / notified in the Rider’s App and the Rider can go to the customer premises for the pickups/deliveries. The same way a Courier or Cargo or Logistics companies can send a request notification to Riders to deliver their shipments to the customer premises.

The details of the Pickups and Delivery of Shipments can be shared via APIs to the corresponding server locations.

The cost of the Pickup and Delivery via ReadyShip can be One-Time or Shipment wise (percentage cost).

The Mobile Application will be provided to the customers, riders and the transportation companies via Play Store.

How to Use ReadyShip

 Before using ReadyShip, a Customer or transporter or Rider has to register with their own account.

There are three types of Account creation:-

  1. Transporter Sign Up
  2. Customer Sign Up
  3. Rider Sign-Up
  • The User ID/Name and password, Name, Mobile No. Address and location are mandatory while creating the account.
  • After creating an account for a customer, he can send their shipment by booking for the shipment by selecting the available Transporters on the service provider list.
  • In the above categories, the top priority sign up will be the Transporter Sign Up.
  • While doing the Transporter Sign Up, there will be a code generated (C-Code) and send it by mail or SMS.
  • Based on the C-Code, the Rider can complete the Rider’s Sign-Up. The C-Code will be sent to the given mail ID or in the Mobile Number via SMS.
  • After the Account creation is completed, the App can be Login with Login credentials and the C-Code.
  • A transporter can be either a Courier, Cargo, Parcel or a Logistics company.
  • While creating an account for a transporter, there will be a code generated for the C-Code and sent to the email or SMS to the corresponding email ID or to the mobile number.
  • After successfully signing up, the Transporter can log in to the ReadyShip by providing the Username, Password and the C-Code.
  • Once the C-Code is given for the initial login, you will not ask again for the next login. The Riders/Courier boys and Customers will be under transporter’s control.
  • A Transporter can add their own employees for Pickups and Deliveries.
  • ReadyShip can be installed on PDA devices (Android) also in the Transporter premises.
  • The generated booking will be displayed / notified in the Rider’s App and the Rider can go to the customer premises for the pickups/deliveries. The same way, a Courier/ Transport company (Courier/Cargo/Logistics) can send a request to riders for the notification to deliver their Shipments to the customer’s premises.
  • The Rider or the Courier boys connected with a transporter will the shipment and forwarded to the corresponding transporter branch.
  • Then the transporter is taken care of the sorting and processing of the shipments.
  • The Customer, Rider or Transporter login users can be tracked every movement of the shipment process.
  • The same way, if a shipment is delivered to the customer from the courier company, the rider can get the shipment details from the OFD allocation and can deliver it to the consignee / receiver.
  • The details of the Pickups and Delivery of Shipments can be shared via APIs to the corresponding server locations.
  • A Transporter login user can view the entire shipments on the ReadyShip and Dash Board and various Reports are available.

How to Use ReadyShip

Before using ReadyShip, a Customer or transporter or Rider has to register with their own account.

  • Once the shipment is booked by a customer, he / they can find the exact location or the route of the courier boy or the where via is now by via live location tracking.
  • When a shipment is booked by the customer, an indication notification is received on the rider’s mobile. Then the Rider/ Courier boy accepts / rejects the booking of the customer.
  • If the Courier boy/ Rider is accepted the booking of a customer booking number, then those shipments will disappear from other Riders or courier boys in the same route. Then the Rider goes to the customer premises to pick up the shipment from the Shipper.
  • In the Transporter login, the Arrival Scan module is available. The Arrival scan feature is the same as the Arrival Scan available in the CTrack ERP Systems. The scan data will be affected in real time in the Transporter’s Main ERP System, if it is integrated with API or with the CTrack ERP System.
  • The API integration is available for any ERP system. In order to get this module, go to Dash board/main screen, then select More (with three dots), then select Arrival Scan.
  • The Arrival Scan can be done with a mobile device or by a PDA handheld device.

 

OUT SCAN /OFD /RUNS HEET

  • In the Transporter login, the Run Sheet or OFD module is available.
  • The OFD/ Out Scan / Run Sheet feature is the same as the OFD/ Run Sheet available in the CTrack ERP Systems.
  • The scan data will be affected in real time in the Transporter’s Main ERP System, if it is integrated with API or with the CTrack ERP System.
  • The API integration is available for any ERP system. In order to get this module, go to Dash board/main screen, then select More (with three dots), then select OFD. The Out Scan / OFD Scan / Run Sheet can be done with a mobile device or by a PDA handheld device.
  • If any run sheet generated in the CTrack ERP Systems will be reflected in the corresponding Courier/Route Code.

 

DELIVERY UPDATE / POD / EXCEPTIONS

  • The Courier boys or riders can update the POD / Exception Scans (If Not Delivered) at the customer side itself. The data will be updated in real time on the Transporter server side and customers can track the shipments on the websites also.
  • The Tracking screen is available for customer login also. So, he/ She can track the status.
  • If the SMS/WhatsApp is integrated with this transporter, the SMS/WhatsApp messages will go to the corresponding mobile numbers.
  • The Signature can be taken by the Consignee in the ReadyShip Signature area. The Signature can be viewed on CTrack ERP Systems, Tracking screen.
  • The ID Proof/ Exception Proofs can be taken by camera and can be kept for future reference.
